Well today is the first day of fasting.
Yesterday I stayed up late to do my bookshelves and I was aware of things. Not like as in the Hungry Ghost Festival things, those are kinda creepy and sad. But things, they are watching, and the feeling I get is of... I dunno, benovelance and kindness. I saw a few shadows where there shouldn't be, a sudden change of atmosphere at strange times.
Its already past the time permitted to eat. And I dunno why, but I feel really great. Refreshed and clean inside.
Happy fasting to all the muslims out there. And for the non-muslims, I bet you guys are happy that the canteen lines are shorter for this whole month.
